Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Returned items should be unused, in good condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
